WADING RIVER ATTORNEY INDICTED FOR STEALING FUNDS FROM MULTIPLE CLIENTS

Peter Giattino, a Wading River attorney and principal at PVG Legal Solutions, has been indicted for stealing over $855,000 from multiple clients between October 2023 and October 2025. He faces charges including grand larceny, scheme to defraud, and petit larceny, for misappropriating client funds and using them for personal expenses and gambling. Giattino was arraigned in July 2026 and released on his own recognizance, with a court date set for September 25, 2026.
