FOUR-TIME REPEAT FELONY DWI OFFENDER AGAIN FOUND GUILTY OF DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

Pablo Aguilar-Alvarez, a 36-year-old Salvadoran national, was found guilty of multiple DWI charges after driving erratically with a blood alcohol content of .17, more than twice the legal limit. This marks his fourth felony DWI conviction in the past 10 years, and he was previously deported in 2024. Despite the jury’s verdict, the court denied the District Attorney’s request to remand him into custody, and he is scheduled for sentencing on October 2, 2026. Aguilar-Alvarez faces a potential prison sentence of up to seven years.
