Suffolk PBA Members were out in the early hours of the morning greeting commuters at Ronkonkoma Rail with County Executive Steve Bellone. While other elected officials have handcuffed law enforcement Steve Bellone's strong leadership has led to a historic reduction in crime. Steve joined the Suffolk PBA in condemning the water attacks on NYPD Officers and made a public statement announcing any such attack in Suffolk County would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Steve has appointed the best and brightest to the SCPD leadership including former FBI member Geraldine Hart who is the first female Police Commissioner in Suffolk County history.
