Thank you to Legislator Nick Caracappa for standing-up for our teachers, nurses, healthcare professionals and those in the private sector being unjustly terminated for refusing forced vaccination. Firing workers, denying them unemployment and replacing them with scab labor must never be tolerated by the labor movement.

“New Yorkers, particularly those in Suffolk County and within my district, have worked hard to keep us safe during Covid; risking their lives and putting their families second for those who needed them. Now they feel deserted and desperate to have a voice. I want them to know that I am here to listen and stand with them against these irresponsible, unjustified and unwarranted mandates”.

“The rally will be hosted at my office parking lot on Saturday, October 16th at 2:00 pm located at 325 Middle Country Rd in Selden, NY. We will hear testimony from teachers, nurses, first responders and those whose loved ones died due to the vaccine. Our goal is to ask the governor to listen to our community and look to find a middle ground”.
The requirements for these unconstitutional mandates are beginning to reach further and is only a matter of time before they affect all Essential Employees and beyond!
