**Summary of Events:**
On March 10, 2023, at approximately 1:00 a.m., 39-year-old Christopher Lucrisia confronted his ex-girlfriend at a residence in Mountain View. During an argument, he fired a handgun into the ground, accidentally injuring the woman with shrapnel. Lucrisia, a convicted felon barred from firearm possession, fled the scene, leading to police charges for reckless endangering and firearms violations.
On March 12, at around 10:45 a.m., Lucrisia returned to the same residence, entered without permission, threatened a 75-year-old woman with a firearm, and stole a bag while threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend, who was not present. Police initiated robbery and additional firearm charges against him.
Later that morning, Hawaii police located Lucrisia in a white Chevy pickup truck. When approached by officers, Lucrisia pointed his gun at them and shot twice, injuring an officer in the arm and head. The truck fled the scene, with the driver later identified as 23-year-old Silas Zion.
Both Lucrisia and Zion are considered armed and dangerous, prompting an island-wide manhunt. The injured officer is in serious but stable condition, receiving treatment in Oahu.
Authorities are seeking public assistance and tips regarding the incident and have set up various contact options, including a web portal for submitting photos or videos anonymously for Crime Stoppers.
