Jeffrey Fairweather, 43, of Nassau, was indicted on multiple charges after allegedly stealing car parts, crashing into a police vehicle while fleeing, and injuring officers during the incident in Medford. He faced charges including assault, criminal mischief, grand larceny, and auto stripping. Fairweather was arraigned and is held on bail, with court proceedings scheduled for November 13, 2025.
