BAY SHORE MAN CONVICTED BY A JURY OF COURSE OF SEXUAL ABUSE OF HIS 8-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER

A 33-year-old man from Bay Shore was convicted by a jury of sexually abusing his 8- and 9-year-old daughter over nearly a year, during which he also threatened her to silence her. The victim disclosed the abuse in November 2022, leading to the defendant’s arrest. He faces up to 25 years in prison at sentencing scheduled for November 26, 2025.
