WHEATLEY HEIGHTS MAN INDICTED FOR RAPING TWO 14-YEAR-OLD GIRLS

Kemuel St. Juste, 26, of Wheatley Heights, was indicted for sexually assaulting two 14-year-old girls he contacted via Snapchat handle “k3mnyy.” He allegedly groomed and had sexual encounters with one girl at a store and in his car, and with the other girl at a beach and in a parking lot. The investigation linked him to both victims through Snapchat, leading to his arrest. He faces multiple charges, including rape and endangering a minor, and is held on a significant bond. He is scheduled to appear in court in March 2026.
