DUO INDICTED FOR JET SKI AND BOAT LARCENY SPREE

Willis Estrella Genao and Carlos Torres Rodriguez were indicted for stealing multiple jet skis and a boat across Suffolk County in late 2024. They were arrested in Nassau County earlier in 2025 for similar thefts and linked to the Suffolk County cases. Genao faces up to 15 years in prison, while Rodriguez faces up to 7 years if convicted. Both were ordered released on their own recognizance and are scheduled for court appearances in March 2026. The case is being prosecuted by the Suffolk County DA's Office, with investigations involving local law enforcement.
