Austin Lynch, 18, of Nesconset, was indicted for conspiracy to burglarize the home of Emily Finn, a murder victim he is accused of killing. While awaiting trial for her murder, Lynch allegedly plotted with another person to break into the Finn family's residence, providing details about the home. Lynch was arraigned and remanded; he faces up to 4 years if convicted of conspiracy and up to life if convicted of the murder. The case is prosecuted by Suffolk County DA's Office, with the investigation conducted by the Suffolk County Police.
