THREE CO-DEFENDANTS SENTENCED TO DECADES IN PRISON FOR MANSLAUGHTER

Brayan Heredia Escobar, Jhon Lopez Campos, and Julio Beltran were each sentenced to 20 to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter for the death of Candido Guadalupe Saravia Martinez. The victim was beaten, strangled, and stabbed to death on February 18, 2025. Surveillance footage showed the defendants fleeing the scene. The victims’ injuries included blunt force trauma, strangulation, and a stab wound. The defendants received sentences ranging from 20 to 25 years, with additional post-release supervision.
