East Northport Man Indicted for Creating and Distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material

Leonard Suskin, 53, of East Northport, was indicted for creating and sharing child sexual abuse material, including images generated using artificial intelligence to alter innocent photos of children. He was caught viewing and uploading such material on a train, and police later found devices containing illegal images. Suskin faces multiple serious charges and could face up to seven years in prison if convicted. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 13, 2026.
