Amanda Abrahamsson, a 26-year-old Swedish national, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for attempting to smuggle 10 kilograms of cocaine into Suffolk County via FedEx. She was arrested after retrieving the packages at a Walgreens in Patchogue and admitted her role in the drug distribution. After serving her sentence, she will be deported to Sweden.
