GUATEMALAN NATIONAL CONVICTED OF FOURTH DWI WITHIN TEN YEARS

Walter Danilo Perez Sanchez, a Guatemalan national, was convicted of multiple charges, including fourth DWI within ten years, after a jury trial. In March 2025, he was found driving with a blood alcohol content of .22%, nearly three times the legal limit, and had a history of three prior DWI convictions.
