Eleven individuals have been indicted following a lengthy investigation into cocaine distribution in Suffolk County. The multi-agency effort uncovered a drug trafficking ring involved in multiple sales to undercover officers, targeting neighborhoods and contributing to community violence. The investigation, which began in December 2024, identified key figures including Jonathan Sands, accused of trafficking cocaine and prescription pills, as well as several suppliers, runners, and associates. Law enforcement removed several dangerous drug dealers from the streets, highlighting their ongoing commitment to community safety.
