Lan Huynh Truong, a 45-year-old from Selden, pleaded guilty to fleeing the scene after hitting and killing pedestrian Victoria Hutson in November 2025. He also admitted to driving without a license. Truong left the scene after dragging her off the road, and she later died from her injuries. He faces a recommended sentence of 2â…“ to 7 years in prison and is scheduled for sentencing on August 12, 2026.
