SALVADORAN NATIONAL SENTENCED TO 16 YEARS IN PRISON FOR SEXUALLY ABUSING BIOLOGICAL DAUGHTER FOR OVER A DECADE

A 46-year-old Salvadoran man was sentenced to 16 years in prison after pleading guilty to repeatedly sexually abusing his young daughter over several years, starting when she was six. The victim reported the abuse in August 2025, leading to his arrest. He was sentenced in June 2026 to serve 16 years, followed by 20 years of post-release supervision, and will be required to register as a sex offender.
