Silver Shield Foundation Donates Masks to PBA Members

We would like to thank Vincent LeVien and the Silver Shield Foundation for their generous donation of 2,000 masks and hand-sanitizers to the Suffolk PBA. The PBA will be distributing these masks to our members prioritizing those who have fallen ill and need to isolate from their families. The Silver Shield Foundation was started by George Steinbrenner of the NY Yankees and Co-Founder James E. Fuchs. The Foundation has been helping children of police officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty with the cost of their education for decades.
