BROOKLYN MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO RUNNING EAST HAMPTON COCAINE DELIVERY SERVICE
Apr 28, 2025

Michael Khodorkovskiy, a 44-year-old man from Brooklyn, has pleaded guilty to Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree for his role in selling cocaine intended for distribution in Suffolk County. Prosecutors detail that between July 2023 and August 2024, Khodorkovskiy sold large quantities of cocaine to undercover police officers, including sales made in East Hampton. He was arrested on August 2, 2024, with over a kilo of cocaine in his possession, and further investigations led to the discovery of additional narcotics and significant sums of cash and coins at his residence.

Khodorkovskiy faces a potential ten-year prison sentence, and as part of his plea agreement, he has forfeited $572,353. He is scheduled to return to court on May 29, 2025. His co-defendant, Alexander Dyatchin, is still pending trial. The operation involved a collaborative effort from multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office and the DEA.
