Philomena Mistretta of Coram was sentenced to seven years in prison and five years of supervision after pleading guilty to attempting to murder a woman by running her over during an argument in Bellport. The incident occurred in October 2024, when Mistretta, after a verbal and physical altercation, backed her vehicle towards the victim and drove over her, causing serious injuries.
