BROOKLYN MAN INDICTED FOR RAPE OF A 16-YEAR-OLD GIRL

Delon Hughes, 34, of Brooklyn, was indicted for Rape in the Third Degree and other charges after allegedly sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl he met on Snapchat. The incident reportedly occurred in June 2025 in Brentwood, where Hughes met the victim and then sexually abused her behind a fire department. Hughes was arrested in Queens in August 2025, with authorities discovering additional social media accounts used to contact the victim. He is currently held on bail and faces multiple charges, with a court date set for September 25, 2025.
