BROOKHAVEN MAN INDICTED FOR CRIMINAL SEXUAL ACTS AND PROMOTING A SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A CHILD

Dylan Pace, 32, of Brookhaven, was indicted for criminal sexual acts and endangering the welfare of a child related to alleged abuse in 2016 of a 14-year-old boy he met through a dating app. The investigation revealed Pace threatened the victim to send nude photos and exchanged messages with him. Pace was arraigned on September 11, 2025, and faces multiple charges, with potential prison time if convicted. He was previously indicted in August on charges related to child sexual abuse materials found on his electronic devices, which he allegedly attempted to destroy.
