NORTH AMITYVILLE MAN INDICTED FOR MANSLAUGHTER

Bryan Ventura Ramirez, 20, from North Amityville, was indicted for manslaughter after allegedly shooting and killing his 17-year-old friend, Robin Moscoso Hernandez, with an illegal “ghost” gun created via 3D printing. The incident occurred on October 18, 2025, and Ramirez was arrested at the scene. He faces charges of manslaughter, firearm possession, and weapon possession, with potential prison time if convicted. He was released on supervised GPS monitoring and is scheduled for court in January 2025.
