Lan Truong, 44, of Selden, was indicted for leaving the scene of a fatal accident after he struck and killed pedestrian Victoria Hutson on Boyle Road. Truong allegedly stopped briefly to move Hutson’s body before fleeing the scene. The police later found his car with bloodstains and arrested him. He faces charges including leaving the scene and operating without a license, and is held on bail. He is scheduled to appear in court again in December.
