NORTH CAROLINA COUPLE INDICTED FOR MURDER AT STONY BROOK YACHT CLUB

A North Carolina couple, Victor Panebianco and Kacy Corso, has been indicted for second-degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of Christopher Millwater at the Stony Brook Yacht Club in Suffolk County, NY. The incident occurred on November 10, 2025, after a confrontation involving Millwater, Corso, and Panebianco. Police recovered surveillance footage showing Panebianco chasing and attacking Millwater, who later died from his injuries. The suspects arrived in Long Island shortly before the murder and fled the scene afterward. Panebianco was arrested in North Carolina, while Corso was arrested in Suffolk County. Both are held without bail and face up to 25 years to life in prison. Their court dates are scheduled for January 13 and 14, 2026.
