The Suffolk PBA honors the life and legacy of Lt. Robert Van Zeyl, remembering his service and sacrifice four years after his passing from COVID-19. Since joining the department in 1985, Lt. Van Zeyl was respected as a dedicated professional and compassionate leader. Our thoughts remain with his family, friends, and colleagues as his memory continues to be honored.
