BAY SHORE MAN INDICTED FOR KIDNAPPING AN 11-YEAR- OLD GIRL IN QUEENS

Nicholas Wieber, 28, of Bay Shore, was indicted for kidnapping an 11-year-old girl in Queens after meeting her on Discord. He allegedly picked her up from school and took her to his home in Suffolk County, where she was found in his bed. The girl’s mother reported her missing, leading to police investigation and Wieber's arrest on December 13, 2025. Wieber faces multiple charges, including kidnapping and endangering a child, and could face up to 25 years to life if convicted. He is currently held on substantial bail and is scheduled for court proceedings.
