|
Freddie Rice, 35, of Bay Shore, was sentenced to 18-36 years in prison after being convicted of sex trafficking. He used drugs and financial coercion to force women addicted to heroin or crack cocaine to perform sexual acts for his profit, taking all their earnings and punishing them by withholding drugs. Rice was found guilty in October 2025 of sex trafficking and promoting prostitution, with additional convictions for drug possession and sales. His sentencing reflects his pattern of exploiting vulnerable women, and he has prior felony convictions.
