We are deeply disturbed by the unprecedented lawlessness in NYC which has lead to numerous incidents of Police Officers being verbally and physically abused. When police officers are stripped of their ability to enforce even the most basic laws, the public is truly in danger. NYC elected officials should be ashamed for the chaos they've created. Suffolk County residents who travel into NYC should exercise extreme caution.
