The Suffolk County PBA is relieved to hear that justice has been served for Sergeant Racioppo.
Jonathan Nunez was handed a 16-year sentence, followed by five years of post-release supervision, reflecting the severity of his actions and the harm he caused. We stand in solidarity with newly promoted Sergeant Racioppo and all law enforcement officers who put their lives on the line to keep our community safe.
