PBA President Noel DiGerolamo delivered a scathing indictment of New York's broken criminal justice system, laying the blame squarely at the feet of Albany democrats like Monica R. Martinez and Governor Kathy Hochul. These criminal justice "reforms" have failed victims and even the family of the defendant knows it.
