Kudos to off-duty Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct Officer Kevin Farina and two outstanding Good Samaritans for their remarkable courage in Farmingville when they rescued two individuals from a burning vehicle following a crash, early Saturday morning.
When Maribel Ramirez's car flipped after hitting a guardrail, Officer Kevin Farina, on his way to work, didn't hesitate. Despite the flames, he, along with the two Good Samaritans, pulled out Maribel and her passenger, Mario Ramirez, unharmed.
Let's applaud these heroes for their selflessness and heroism and thank them for preventing a tragedy.
