LINDENHURST MAN CHARGED WITH VOTER FRAUD

Christopher Lindenberg, 54, of Lindenhurst, NY, was arrested for allegedly committing voter fraud in the 2024 election. He is accused of requesting, completing, and submitting an early mail ballot on behalf of another person without their knowledge, then voting twice — once with the fraudulent ballot and again in person. The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office charged him with offering a false instrument and falsifying business records. Lindenberg was arraigned and released on his own recognizance, with a court date set for May 21, 2025. The case is being prosecuted by the Suffolk County DA's Office.
