Paulin Cerisier, a 29-year-old from Pennsylvania, was found guilty of second-degree murder and weapons charges for fatally shooting Maresse Dickerson-Stevenson during a backyard party in Amityville in July 2021. He was arrested in Pennsylvania in 2024 and faces up to 25 years to life in prison at sentencing on July 15, 2025.
