BRENTWOOD MAN INDICTED FOR SELLING COCAINE AND MULTIPLE LOADED FIREARMS

Aris Chaparro, 55, of Brentwood, was indicted for selling cocaine to an undercover police officer on four occasions in July 2025. During a search of his home in August, authorities recovered over a quarter kilogram of cocaine, $13,000 in cash, two loaded firearms—including one with a defaced serial number—and drug paraphernalia. Chaparro faces multiple charges, including drug trafficking and weapon possession, and was ordered held on bail. He is scheduled for court in September and could face up to 24 years in prison if convicted.
