RITEWAY MARINE SOLUTIONS OWNER ARRESTED AND CHARGED FOR FINANCIAL FRAUD

Rory P. Hogan, owner of Riteway Marine Solutions in Babylon, was arrested and charged with grand larceny and related crimes for allegedly stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from clients by falsely claiming he would sell their boats and pay them the proceeds. Between October 2023 and April 2025, Hogan reportedly took boats from clients, sold some without paying them, and used the sale proceeds for personal use. He also issued checks with insufficient funds. Hogan faces up to 15 years in prison and is scheduled for court proceedings.
