PENNSYLVANIA MAN INDICTED FOR MURDER

Gerald Neal, a 50-year-old from Pennsylvania, was indicted for the 2019 murder of his friend, Terrance Mitchell. Mitchell’s body was found in Wyandanch after being shot multiple times. Neal was seen entering Mitchell’s vehicle in Brooklyn two days before the body was discovered. He was arrested in June 2019, with a firearm, spent casing, and blood stains found in his vehicle. Neal was arraigned in September 2025 on charges of second-degree murder and weapons possession and is remanded without bail. He faces up to life in prison if convicted.
