Josue Zepeda Padilla, a member of the MS-13 gang, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for his role in a violent attack on a 15-year-old boy in Suffolk County, NY. The attack occurred on January 6, 2024, and involved kidnapping, assault, robbery, and stabbing the victim, who was left unconscious but survived after surgery. Zepeda Padilla was extradited from North Carolina after fleeing the scene and was arrested over a year later.
