PENNSYLVANIA MAN INDICTED FOR MURDER

Gerald Neal, a 50-year-old man from Pennsylvania, has been indicted for the murder of his friend, Terrance Mitchell, in 2019. Mitchell's body was discovered in Wyandanch after being shot multiple times. Neal was seen with Mitchell shortly before his death and was arrested in June 2019 with a .22 caliber pistol and blood stains in his vehicle. He was arraigned in September 2025 on charges of second-degree murder and weapons possession and is remanded until his court date in October. If convicted, Neal faces 25 years to life in prison.
