HONDURAN NATIONAL INDICTED FOR SEXUALLY ABUSING CHILDREN IN TJ MAXX

Jimmy Harry Velasquezgomez, a 44-year-old Honduran national, was indicted for sexually abusing children in TJ Maxx in Medford on three separate occasions. He allegedly grabbed the buttocks of children under 12, aged 7, 9, and 11, during visits to the store in 2025. Surveillance footage captured Velasquezgomez at each incident. He was arraigned on multiple charges, including first-degree sexual abuse, and is held on a $350,000 cash bond. He faces up to seven years in prison and is scheduled to appear in court again in January 2025.
