MASSAPEQUA MAN INDICTED FOR RAPING AND ROBBING A 12-YEAR-OLD BOY

Marquise Utsey, 34, of Massapequa, was indicted for raping and robbing a 12-year-old boy after connecting with him on a social media app. Utsey entered the boy’s home while his parents were away, raped him, and then demanded money, which the victim handed over out of fear. Utsey was arrested after the victim reported the incident. He faces multiple charges, including first-degree rape and sexual abuse, and could face up to 25 years in prison if convicted. Utsey is held on a $750,000 cash bail and is scheduled for court on February 3, 2026.
