NORTH AMITYVILLE MAN INDICTED FOR ALLEGEDLY SELLING ILLEGAL HANDGUNS AND COCAINE

Nicholas Greaves, 31, of North Amityville, was indicted for allegedly selling illegal handguns and cocaine to an undercover police officer between March and May 2025. He reportedly made six drug sales and sold three loaded, operable handguns during this period. Greaves faces multiple charges, including criminal sale of firearms and controlled substances. He was arraigned on February 13, 2026, and is held on significant bail. If convicted on the top charge, he faces 5 to 25 years in prison, with a court date set for March 11, 2026.
