Bail Reform continues to be a failure

Bail Reform continues to be a failure here in NY. It can be fixed while still addressing the concerns of those who created it. Judges need more discretion when it comes to whether a person is a danger to the public or likely to recidivate. Let's bring the stakeholders together and do what's right for our community.
