This morning, the PBA hosted a check presentation at our office for Officer Brendon Gallagher. It was truly heartwarming to witness the unity and support from law enforcement organizations across the nation, business owners, and the community as a whole during this time of need. Special thanks to LEO Weekend and Fund The First for making sure this all could happen without any concerns. Your assistance helped raise the total amount of the fundraiser to over $150,000. Additionally, we are grateful to Suffolk Federal Credit Union for their generous donation of an additional $1,000 today. Your continuous support for our members is greatly appreciated. While Officer Gallagher's health is of utmost importance, the generosity of everyone involved will undoubtedly assist in covering the unforeseen expenses he may encounter on his journey to recovery.
